Site Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a valued member of the project team, reporting to the Senior Vice President and taking direction from the Construction Manger assigned to the Project, the Site Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, organization and execution of the on-site construction process. He / she will work closely with the Construction Manager, Safety Manager, Development Manager, municipal authorities, design team and sub-trades / suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget, safely, and according to plans and specifications. The Site Superintendent is also responsible for ensuring that the homes and common spaces are completed to the highest standards of quality and are turned-over to the Customer Service group in a complete and deficiency-free state, ready for homeowner occupancy.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 5 years experience as a Site Superintendent
• Experience with Wood frame builds
