Truck Team Member – General Labour / Customer Service / Driver
- Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week. Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs. We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available.
- Starting pay: $18/hour plus tips (cash tips daily and card tips on every pay cheque) and performance bonuses (paid monthly).
About the position:
- Each shift starts at our centrally located office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
- You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
- You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
- Be part of a company that has not missed a day of work since the pandemic started, work in a stable environment and rely on a job when times get tough.
- Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions (for insurance purposes)
- A valid driver's license (Full G License or better)
- A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
- Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
