AbouttheRole

Asa Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in the creation anddevelopment of packaging artwork marketing collateral and digitalcontent for our various brands.

From conceptualization toproduction youll be involved in every stage of the design processensuring our products and brands are visually compelling andeffectively communicated to ouraudience.

Responsibilities :

• Createpackaging artwork for various brands from conceptualization toproduction ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatoryrequirements.
• Monitorthe implementation of new artworks online and communicateeffectively with the marketing and sales teams to ensuredistributors and buyers areinformed.
• Collaboratewith the purchasing team to liaise with vendors and suppliers formaking changes to existing artworks outer cartonsetc.
• Coordinatewith the Quality Assurance (QA) team to implement changes in anyexisting artworks as per the new guidelines or standardsadvised.
• Maintainaccurate documentation of design revisions and QA approvals foraudit and compliancepurposes.
• Developinhouse content for social media platforms for Nanak Emerge andSavera brands ensuring consistency andengagement.
• Assistthe marketing team in designing presentations and other relatedmaterials asrequired.
• Conceptualizeand design marketing and communications materials for print digitaland outofhome media including brochures flyers posters andinfographics.
• Designsocial media posts and actively promote them to increase brandvisibility andengagement.
• Createand edit videos to enhance brand storytelling andengagement.
• Coordinatewith the Admin team production and warehouse departments tofacilitate the creation of new SKUs obtaining necessary approvalsfrom departmentalheads.
• Providecreative writing / copywriting during different stages of thedesigning process to ensure cohesive messaging and brand voiceconsistency.

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design or relatedfield.
• Provenexperience of 12 years as a graphic designer preferably in the foodindustry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)sector.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and otherrelevant designsoftware.
• Strongunderstanding of packaging design principles typography andlayout.
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workcrossfunctionally.
• Knowledgeof social media platforms and experience in creating engagingcontent.
• Videoediting skills and experience with video editing software (e.g.Adobe Premiere Pro) is aplus.
• Creativethinking and problemsolvingabilities.
• Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in afastpacedenvironment.
