Grade 3 Generalist

St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time interim Grade 3 Generalist teaching position at St.

Augustine School in Ponoka, Alberta. This position will begin as soon as possible and end June 30, 2025.

We are seeking a teacher with a range of literacy and numeracy skills who is creative and passionate, committed to creating an engaging and supportive classroom experience for all students.

As a Grade 3 Generalist Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a well-rounded and caring educational experience.

You will apply your knowledge of differentiation, response to intervention and indigenous ways of knowing to ensure that every student's unique needs are met and their cultural backgrounds are respected.

Regular feedback and assessment of student progress is expected. Collaboration with colleagues an a commitment to board and school goals is vital.

Ability to assist in the schools co-curricular and extra-curricular programs would be considered an asset. Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St.

Joseph's College is an asset.
