What you will do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of functions in the operation of the Farm Equipment division in our Neerlandia, AB location. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions to oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels, ensure customer issues are resolved, and identify areas for improvement.
- Leading customer relations by becoming the main point of contact for bins and augers.
- Partner with other internal departments as we look to best serve our customers.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding our customers' needs and business practices and offering creative solutions.
- Travel to customer sites offering solutions, providing complex support and knowledge of products, and deliveries of equipment.
- Maintain office records and cover daily transactions receiving/invoicing/etc.
- Maintaining product inventory and participate in inventory counts as required.
- Operate equipment used in the movement of farm supplies.
- Participation in the setting and achieving of budget targets, financial results in the areas of sales margins, inventory control, expenses, and profits within established timelines.
- Participate in the adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing activity, inventory rotation, pricing accuracy, and cleanliness of the location.
- Participation in all the safety policies and programs as they relate to the department.

Who you are:

- Post secondary education in agriculture or related field is considered an asset.
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license is considered an asset.
- 2+ years of sales experience is considered an asset.
- You are knowledgeable and experienced with farm equipment and storage is considered an asset.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal/listening skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, push minimum of 50 lbs.
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
