Today CS Group Canada is looking for an Automotive Embedded Software Engineer to work on the design, the unit test and integration test of next generation Autonomous driving platforms
Responsibilities :
Under the responsibility of the Software Engineering Senior Technical Lead, you will be integrated in an engineering Team and your tasks will be to :
- Carry out the software testing in accordance with ISO26262.
- Develop and run the relevant tests (unit and integration test) on the test platforms to verify correctness of design.
- Debug issues (raised during the software development cycle).
- Update the design based on design details templates / guidelines and issues raised during testing.
- Ensure traceability between all the software design and tests artefacts.
- Contribute to the testing strategy.
- Conduct independent peer reviews on tests or design produced by other team members (80% in India and 20% in Canada)
- Draft all the final technical documents.
- Participate to continuous improvement of the team performance (quality, efficiency, on-time delivery).
Qualifications
Expert in Automotive domainExperience in Automotive standards ISO-26262 (ASIL-A, B & C) and ASPICE (QM) compliance.Experience with UML design using Enterprise ArchitectExpertise in C++Expertise in developing, executing, and reviewing unit tests and integration tests cases.Expertise with Vectorcast for unit tests and integration testsExpertise with structural coverage analysesExperience in Embedded Testing (MCDC, BVA. Range, Robustness, Equivelance class)Knowledge of Test environment creationAsset qualifications :
Knowledge of using Azure in testing for uploading test casesAgile Scrum methodologyJiraTricore compilerAzure repositoryExperience in DO178B / C, Embedded CExperience in Requirement Based Testing (SSIT and HSIT)Experience in Model Based Testing using SCADE QTEExperience in Failure analysis and detection resolutionExperience with Matlab / SimulinkExperience with AutosarKnowledge of communication protocols like Arinc429 / CAN / I2C / SPI protocol.
