Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking permanent full-time Production Operators to join its vibrant team. The Production Operators will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of production handling. Work Schedule : 12-hour shifts (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off). From 5 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm or 5 : 30 pm - 5 : 30 am. It may vary according to company needs.

Pay : $31- $33.50 per hour

Work Environment : Must be willing to work outdoors throughout all weather conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Manually and with the assistance of equipment, move, load, and unload materials and products to support production and operational workflows.
• Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment to transport materials and support production processes.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reporting issues to the maintenance team.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
