Location : Richmond, BC – Public transit not available. Own vehicle required for commuting. On-site parking available.

Work hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 : 30pm (30 min meal break + 20 min paid coffee break)
Compensation : $45-47K / yr (DOE)
Benefits : Group insurance (extended health, dental, vision care, prescription drugs) after 3-month probation period
Main Job Duties : Order Desk Duties :
- Receiving purchase orders from distributors and coordinating with production and sales.
- Coordinating product inventory and shipping schedules with distributors.
- Reporting credits for defective products and processing requests to the external accounting firm.
Purchase Duties : (When required)
Managing inventory while collaborating with the production department.Overseeing supply and ingredient procurement operations from local raw material suppliers, trading companies, and overseas manufacturers.Planning procurement schedules, issuing purchase orders, and communicating with suppliers.Conducting research on new raw materials, procurement, sample requests, and price negotiations.Other duties as required.Minimum Requirements :
