What you'll do

• Help our clients implement mission-critical, cutting-edge technology solutions
• Help assess a clients’ existing workloads, infrastructure & software environments during discovery engagements
• Work with our consultants to develop, enhance, and implement best practices
• Work with architects to define target state infra / application architecture and chart a path to delivery for a wide variety of use cases
• Be part of focused delivery / implementation teams engaged in digital transformation and cloud migrations
• Help assess competing technologies to make best-fit recommendations for clients
• Be immersed in a continual learning environment, adopting new techniques, patterns, and tools
• Complete certifications and accreditations, advancing your technical skills and overall career

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• At least 10 years of experience building cloud / on-premise application modernization / movement / adoption using virtualization, DevOps pipelines, shared infrastructure deployments using terraform and data pipes.
• 5+ years experience building IaC and automated configuration management using Terraform & Ansible. General familiarity with other tools such as CloudFormation, Chef, etc.
• Hands-on experience collecting telemetry data and building observability tools using Elastic, Splunk, Datadog etc.
• 5+ years of experience with Flink, Kafka, Java Microservices, Redis, and other Enterprise Databases is good to have
• Low-latency, high throughput experience using Kafka, Spark / Flink and NoSQL databases is ideal
• Hands-on experience with Java and Python development
• Experience building and configuring large scale deployments on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and preferably, Container Management software (Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication skills
• Financial services experience is a big plus
