Tasks
- Following up with various collaborators as necessary.
- Preparing estimates for clients.
- Validating maintenance history and warranties.
- Scheduling vehicle transportation to suppliers.
- Handling invoices and repair transactions for suppliers.
- Managing customer emails and phone calls.
- Attending necessary training to stay updated on services.
- Performing any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
- DVS in Technical Advising or one (1) year of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work experience in an office or a vehicle rental company.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical truck parts.
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
