Job Overview :
- Process a high-volume of invoices as well as engagement maintenance.
- Prepare and process credit notes / cancellations and ad hoc requested as needed.
- Close old WIP and respond to WIP inquires.
- Identify billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed.
- Create virtual relationships and work with all levels of the organization.
- Ensure that billing procedures are followed in accordance with the established guidelines and application.
Skills and Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written). - There will be French and English test during interview .Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel & Word)Intermediate / expert knowledge of invoicing taxesWillingness and ability to learn other software as needed.Communicate effectively with all levels of the management and staff.Spirit Omega is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
