Job Description :
We are looking for an individual with the education, background, and experience to become the production associate at our Pickering facility for our morning shift (7 : 30 am – 3 : 30pm) and afternoon shift (3 : 30 pm – 11 : 30 pm) . As the production associate, you will utilize a combination of technical experience to carry out the production, filling and packaging project for our clients. Your focus will be on building a work environment that provides management with the tools to grow in their respective fields, support a lean operation, and exceed overarching operational objectives. You will be reporting to the Production Team Lead, as well as Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
- All processes of extraction, filling while maintaining a high standard for our customers
- All processes of packaging including setups, dispensing, sealing, labeling and boxing while maintaining a high standard for our customers
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all production activities
- Responsible for sanitation of equipment in extraction, packaging and storage areas
- Ensure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages of production
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and display a high standard of cleanliness
- Collaborate with Production Supervisor in daily tasks and job training
- Carry out other duties as required
