Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Senior Project Manager position on a 12 - month contract.
- Client Services and Implementations is the group within BMOs Treasury and Payments group responsible for onboarding clients to the bank and the deposit products and payment services they have purchased
- Candidate will be experienced in working with both business and technology, in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferably with experience working in both simultaneously)
- Candidate will be prepared to lead a complex collection of initiatives concentrated on client journeys and optimization in new client onboarding and account opening
Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role :
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :
- PM will be responsible for managing many projects at the same time, with day-to-day interaction with technology partners (in-house and vendors)
- Coordination across stakeholders (including senior management and c-level executives) - plays out in full project life cycle
- Driving project and scope definition
- Responsible for completion of all standard project management artifacts including (but not limited to) Charter, Governance Model, Project Management Plans, WBS, project schedule (MS Project), budget, RAID log, meeting agenda and materials, meeting minutes, project gating, risk assessments, vendor assessments, and OCM deliverables
- Supporting impacted stakeholders and assist in plan and estimation of projects, including roadmaps and backlog
- Identify and document risks and issues including supporting mitigation and contingency plans
- Run status meetings and complete regular communications
