POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the development, management, and customer reporting related to NABC Public Sector contractual commitments for sustainable business practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Review customer specifications, contracts, industry standards and federal procurement requirements to identify sustainable business practices.
- Lead cross-functional contributors through the review of sustainable business requirements in procurements.
- Develop and maintain a central repository of requirements, certifications, and supporting documentation for bid certifications and compliance audits.
- Identify potential future requirements utilizing data from the sales funnel, customer health dashboard, CRM database, Master Production Schedule forecast and other support documentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations team to determine upcoming grants and notice of funding opportunities with sustainability commitments.
- Monitors industry and competitor sustainable business programs to evaluate trends and develop strategies to maintain a competitive position in the market.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for all sustainable business contract commitments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
- University degree in Business, Political Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in managing projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable business practices and B2G contractual terms and conditions.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and competing demands.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
