Web Experience Specialist

The Web Experience Specialist would act as a Product Owner for optimal user experience for specific Brand on properties. The Web Experience Specialist would be responsible for end to end model launches regular site audit and reporting identifying gaps and proposing & implementing changes and competitive Insight / Industry trend analysis. Specialist will act as Brand Communication lead and will be responsible for small enhancements and issue fixes for their brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Web experience and model launches :

Oversight of the site experience;

Regular site audit and reporting;

Identify gaps and propose & implement changes;

Fully responsible for a full model launch end to end;

Content for model pages and BAP;

Brand Communication lead.

KPI and reporting

Establish KPIs and report on them ;

Competitive Insight / Industry trend analysis.

Small enhancements and small projects

Ticket creation and requirement gathering ;

User story creation;

Testing and approval.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

University - Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or Business;

Google Analytics or Google Marketing Platform certification is an asset;

5 years in progressive digital marketing roles OR Project management in a fast-paced environment;

Overall project management; Sitecore training or experience and Agile experience an asset;

Creative agency experience is an asset;

Strong problem solving multi-tasking and organizational abilities;

Strong communication and presentation abilities;

Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team and all stakeholders.

HIRING PRACTICES

The salary range for this position is $39$49 CAD hourly. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of job-related factors including education experience knowledge and skill set.

This is an on-site with occasional work-from-home position that requires employees to work on-site four days per week with the opportunity to work-from-home one day per week (with a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office) .
