Daily Responsibilities :
Supporting our front office branch partners with service ticket inquiries and telephone inquiries. These requests are escalations that require investigation and problem solving with a customer first mindset.
Must Have Skills :
- Good verbal and written communication skills, customer service oriented, some financial knowledge, attention to detail
- Previous banking experience and banking industry knowledge, customer service experience
