As the Director, Digital Technology, QA, you will be responsible for testing existing and new APIs powering their digital experiences while driving partnerships across Digital and Enterprise Technology. What you will be doing :
As the Director, Digital Technology, Quality Assurance, you will lead the team to :
- Define our test architecture, driving our robust testing approach.
- Lead structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies.
- Lead a combination of manual and automated testing to ensure full test case coverage.
- Lead the seamless deployment of solution technologies, ensuring no disruption to business operations.
- Provide excellent proactive and reactive support for solutions by participating in the problem management process.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
What you must have :
The Director, Digital Technology, Quality Assurance, has :
Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and / or experience in :Working with manual testers (with a focus on QE).Working with automation engineers focused on website.Spanning the build-out of a QA and automation team across both website and mobile experiences.Defining the processes and metrics to drive the team to deliver Everyday Luxury technology experiences.Understanding the agile shop based in product squads.Building QA in an enablement function (in squads) as opposed to passing over to developers.Managing a team size of 20 people (mix of manual / automation).Improving cycle time for end-to-end integration.Improving and reducing change reflect rate and regression rate.Understanding products within our digital technology stack including :React.React Native.SFCC.Jest, Cypress, Braserstack, Detox, TestRail.Jira / Confluence.Sharing readouts to CDO / VP level.A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich the company’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.Experience with planning, designing, developing, and testing software.Experience creating automation in Java or another similar language.Experience with Selenium, Java, or any relevant scripting language.Experience with automation testing across Web Apps, APIs, Microservices, and Backend systems.Knowledge of data structures and data manipulation.Understanding of how to apply QA methodologies and processes.Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.Salary / Rate Range : $190,000.00 – $350,000.00
