Job Description

AIM-Recyclage is looking for a scale clerk for its Granby site . The scale clerk will be required to monitor receipts and shipments of materials through the entry and exit of trucks / trailers. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, issuing weighing tickets and responding adequately to customers.

Greet customers;

Weigh the material;

Make delivery notes in the software;

Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;

Prepare shipping papers;

Tracking of material shipments;

Perform reports.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service;

Experience in the transportation field (an asset);

Good knowledge of Excel.

Skills sought

Rigor;

Good communication;

Excellent customer service;

Good knowledge of software, computer systems;

Good at mental arithmetic.

Additional Information

Work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday by the following distribution;

Tuesday to Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 8 to 12

Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours;
