Project Manager

Togala Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Project Manager plays an important role in coordinating teams, managing project controls, and maintaining strong communication with clients and consultants.

What you’ll do

• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Assist with managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Work closely with Superintendents and site teams to support project delivery
• Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams
• Track cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Support risk identification and issue resolution
• Assist with project closeout and handover
