VitalAire Canada, a proud division of Air Liquide Healthcare, is the leading provider of sleep apnea tests, treatments, and home oxygen therapy services in Canada. With over 90 locations from coast to coast, we specialize in delivering comprehensive testing, treatment, education, and continuous support for individuals living with sleep apnea and respiratory conditions. Our mission is to empower patients facing the challenges of sleep apnea and those in need of home oxygen therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full respiratory assessment while performing diagnostics as applicable
- Assess and evaluate test results, delivering supplies / equipment as required
- Develop treatment plans with the client, physicians, and care teams, while obtaining informed client consent
- Provide follow‑up to clients to evaluate the effects of the treatment plan, comfort clients when using treatment, and address compliance
- Identify the client’s home environment for safety concerns and perform equipment quality control checks
- Provide information / literature to prospective clients and demonstrate products and services
- Keep updated on related education and best clinical practices
- Be responsible for complying with and maintaining knowledge of all funding processes and systems
- Ensure quality documentation by completing all company documentation and forms while maintaining client confidentiality
- Initiate PAP therapy, provide patient education, and conduct other sleep‑related duties
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies and protocols
- Instruct, supervise, and evaluate new staff and students when required

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification, and other job‑related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $60,000 with opportunity for advancement.
