Key Responsibilities :

Provide Quality Instruction in Courses as Assigned :

• Instruct courses as assigned ensuring students achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Prepare and update course syllabi outlines and content both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Develop lesson plans and course schedules incorporating both independent work and team-based approaches.
• Contribute to the development and revision of curriculum manuals and instructional guides.
• Evaluate learner performance continuously and provide detailed progress reports to both learners and administrators.
• Design and implement effective assessment criteria tailored to course content and student needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date official records as required by College policies.
