Job Summary
Our client is a provider of tubular products and services, supporting offshore and onshore energy operations. The organization delivers procurement, inventory management, inspection, repair, and ancillary tubular services, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
They are currently seeking a QHSE Coordinator to join their team! This role supports the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready quality records, including traceability documentation, inspection records and supporting audit evidence, ensuring all records meet internal, regulatory and customer requirements as required.
- Ensure impeccable documentation standards, with strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity, version control, and record retention in line with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with internal procedures and customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and supplier audits
- Respond to and develop Corrective actions, management of change, and nonconformance’s ensuring all actions are closed out in a timely manner along with continuous improvement initiatives
- Support document control, including revising and issuing controlled procedures and forms.
- Assist with hazard identification, risk assessments, and development of safe work procedures.
- Participate in incident investigations and maintain QHSE event logs.
- Conduct safety orientations workplace inspections and safety drills.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.1–3 years’ in Quality RolePrevious experience supporting operations involving tubular products, inspection, handling, or related services is considered an asset; however, it is not essential.Internal Audit Training with demonstrated experience conducting internal audits.Strong communication and reporting skills.Experience with conducting Root Cause AnalysisProficiency with MS Office suite; experience with access databases considered an assetStrong attention to detail and documentation discipline.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field and office personnel.Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus.Familiarity with :
