What You’ll Do :

  • Lead by Example : Guide and coach a team of mechanics, setting the standard with your expertise.
  • Planned Maintenance : Oversee regular and scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance to keep operations efficient.
  • Team Management : Handle hiring, workforce planning, scheduling, employee relations, and development for your team.
  • Safety and Improvement : Ensure a safe work environment while promoting continuous improvement and participating in capital projects.
  • Troubleshoot Like a Pro : Quickly resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns to keep production on track.
  • What You’ll Need :

  • BS / AAS is required, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
  • At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance leadership, with a knack for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points for :

  • Industry Experience : Experience in food, consumer products, high-speed packaging, or any high-speed manufacturing.
  • Veteran Status : Military veterans often excel in this dynamic setting.
  • Technical Savvy : Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, wrappers, ovens, and freezers.
