Web Operations / Web Systems Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Web / Mobile Systems Analyst for a 6 – 12 month contract in Edmonton, Alberta..

Web Operations / Web Systems Analyst Responsibilities

Maintaining the clients core custom web applications, including internal and public websites, customer portals and internal work management tools.
Operational Support including Problem Tickets, Enhancements and Service Requests.
Designing, Proposing, and implementing SharePoint solutions to support tactical business initiatives
Diagnosing application, code or web server issues.
Supporting projects and initiatives with Web expertise or as a direct contributor.
Positive Customer Service Experiences

Web Operations / Web Systems Analyst Mandatory Skills

Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering / System Technology diploma.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Web Application Operations.

Demonstrated experience building solutions leveraging SharePoint, InfoPath, and Shareppoint Designer in an on-premise SharePoint 2019 Environment

Demonstrated development experience using modern web technologies, such as .NET (Framework, Core, and .NET 5+), Angular, AngularJS, ReactJS, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.

Broad IT experience and general web UI best practices.

Adaptable to new technologies and able to learn new applications quickly.

Experience writing PowerShell Scripts

Experience with MS SQL and SQL Reporting Services

Experience with M365 SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI would be considered an asset.

Experience with SharePoint Online adoption projects would be considered an asset.
