Your new role

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple large‑scale mechanical projects. You will manage all aspects of project performance, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. A key part of the position involves ensuring that all work ispleted safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality andpliance. You will work closely with clients, consultants, internal teams, and field personnel, providing leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires preparing progress reports, monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will bring extensive experience managing mechanical construction projects within the ICI sector, along with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams. You will have a proven track record of managingplex project portfolios, maintaining strong client relationships, and navigating the financial and operational demands of large mechanical projects. Strongmunication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, as is proficiency with project management and cost‑control systems.
