Job description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role involves supporting the delivery of digital marketing strategies and tactical plans that align with broader corporate and brand marketing objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful digital initiatives, customer acquisition, and retention strategies in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to create initiatives designed to meet customer retention and acquisition metrics.
  • Measure and report on project and campaign performance, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital metrics and goals.
  • Design and implement strategic plans for acquiring and retaining online customers.
  • Develop plans to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work with content and design (UX) teams to create and update web pages, ensuring optimal functionality, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Edit and publish web content using a Content Management System (CMS), adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks for web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and proper functionality.
  • Innovate and design new project ideas to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with multiple business groups to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Internet, web technologies, and CMS platforms (experience with CMS is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of intranet and internet principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to measure and analyze digital campaign performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Undergraduate degree is an asset.
