Calling all Customer Service Agents in the Call Center Universe! Our client in the insurance industry is on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join their team on contract, with the possibility of extension.

Contract Details :

  • Must be eligible to start within 2-3 business days
  • Pay Rate : $17.20 / hour
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday during core business hours
  • Contract work

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on breaches
  • Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
  • Ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
  • Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management if higher level attention is required
  • Provide excellent customer and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a Call Centre or customer service role
  • Clear and precise verbal dialogue over the phone
  • Exceptional customer service demeanor and calm active listening skills
  • You MUST have your own eqiupment (laptop / PC - NO Chrome or MAC Books as the software will NOT be supported)
  • You MUST have your own USB or Bluetooth headset
  • All successful candidates are required to complete a criminal background check (aprox $25)
