Job descriptionDegree in Accounting / Finance or Business A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, team player, and collaborator 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Partners at all levels of the organization, with the ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization Proven track record in multi-tasking and prioritizing large volumes of work Strong systems skills including strong Excel knowledge

Our client is located in North York and is hiring an Accountant for a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5-years experience
- Construction experience is an asset
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- High-level skill in accounting software
- Weekly payroll preparation
- Source deduction, HST, Health tax, WSIB, Union dues
- Liaison with accounting firm and management
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Collection of AR and AP and related duties
