Job description

Are you a highly motivated sales person who just loves to sell?

Want to help people find the right insurance product that works for their family? If you want to come to work as a Brand Ambassador with life balance, with your smile on and be in a happy, free-spirited environment that will support your growth as an Insurance Professional, then our client is the Brokerage for you!

  • Dedicated to finding and assisting new prospects become our clients
  • You will find the right insurance fit for them and managing the point of sale
  • Deliver professional "WOW" service to every prospective client
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for our client in the community
  • Leverage our advanced tools for lead management and sales tracking
  • Collaborate with the team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Stay current on personal line insurance products and industry trend

Requirements : What You Bring

  • RIBO license required; additional provincial licenses are a strong asset
  • High degree of professionalism
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or client advisory
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Driven, energetic, and committed to client success
  • Committed to excellence in following a sales process
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize in a busy environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
  • Works well within a team and independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
