• Handling high telephone call volumes in a courteous efficient manner
• Working with carriers and drivers to monitor loading unloading and the time management of freight transit
• Assist Logistics Account Manager in communication and updates
• Performing data entry accurately maintaining up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System
• Develop long-term relationships with drivers by providing them with excellent customer service
• Proactively identify and solve issues with Logistics Account Manager
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by the Logistics Account Manager

• This is a full-time permanent role
• Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
