You'll work closely with our Sales and Service teams to provide accurate estimates, coordinate repairs, and deliver top-notch communication. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Write internal service work orders, estimates, and warranty repair orders
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for seamless communication
• Provide accurate price quotes and repair time estimates
• Conduct vehicle walk-around, check for recalls, and verify warranty coverage
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Process warranty and internal repair orders with precision
• Use state-of-the-art systems for estimating, dispatch, and communication
