Production employees are the backbone of our mills. You make sure we produce products safely and efficiently , creating the materials that build homes and dreams. No experience? We can start you in an entry level role where we provide all the training you need to succeed.

We are looking for Production Employees to join our Lakeview Division, located in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment .
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.
