Role Description

Includes but is not limited to : This is a full-time on-site Manager In Training role located in Ajax. The MIT will be responsible for overseeing, coaching and training a team. Assisting customers with selecting bathroom products, providing product knowledge, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Additionally, the MIT will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Sales experience in retail or a related field
• Product knowledge of bathroom fixtures and accessories
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous Management experience in a relatable field
