This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities include :

• Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
• Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
• Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
• Supervising and supporting on the floor
• Coordinate Food and Beverage orders and inventory
• Update staffs schedule and changes
• Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
• Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders
• Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
• Relieve Servers as required
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The starting wage for this role is $21.00 / hour.
