Media Asset Vault Attendant

Position Summary

Deluxe Media Inc./Canada Cinema Distribution Inc. (CCDI) is Canadaspreferred and trusted partner to major studios and theatre owners of getting their films to the screen. We are currently looking for a Media Asset Vault Attendant for our warehouse located in Toronto.

Reporting to the VP of Operations the main role of the Media Asset Vault Attendant is to provide operational support to the various stakeholders so that internal and external requests are well taken care of.

The shift will be Monday Friday from 9:00am 5:30pm local time.

Main Duties

• Accurately pull and retrieve media assets based on requests.
• Ensure precise documentation of all pulled and removed materials.
• Follow established protocols for media tracking and inventory control.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the vault environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media assets and cataloging practices is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
