Forge Recruitment is currently searching for an Insurance Defence Law Clerk to join an established boutique insurance defence law firm. Located in Downtown Toronto, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a collegial environment, while still being able to work independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain legal files
• Scheduling examinations for discovery and meetings
• Liaise with clients, insurance companies and other members of the firm

What You Bring

• 4+ years of Insurance Defence Law Clerk experience; both AB and Tort is a must
• A Law Clerk education from an accredited institution required
• Thorough knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proficient in MS Office and PC Law

Salary Range
$60,000 - $85,000
