At Appliance Repair Team, we keep households running smoothly — and that starts with excellent customer support. We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

This role is also known as Service Coordinator, Dispatcher, Customer Support Agent, or Call Center Representative — if you enjoy helping people and staying organized, you'll fit right

in.

Pay & Benefits

⦁ Fixed pay : $18.50 / hour for the first 3 months (probation period)

⦁ After probation : Eligible for a raise based on performance

What You'll Do

⦁ Be the first friendly contact for customers by phone

⦁ Book and dispatch technician jobs quickly and accurately

⦁ Provide clear, professional information about services

⦁ Keep schedules and customer records organized - Assist with office administration and scheduling support

What We're Looking For

⦁ Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused personality

⦁ Excellent communication skills (clear, positive, and professional)

⦁ Organized, adaptable, and strong at multitasking

⦁ Comfortable with computers, scheduling tools, and phone systems

⦁ Experience as a dispatcher, receptionist, call center agent, or office administrator is a plus — but not required (we'll train you!)

Requirements

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent

⦁ Ability to commute to Unionville / Markham, ON

⦁ Part-time availability (minimum 20 hours per week; Monday-Friday with occasional weekends)
