Production Administrator (Evening)

Our Kingsville Distribution Center, a 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24 / 7, is currently seeking a Full Time Production Administrator to join our team. The essential function of this position is to lead a production line to attain the goals set forth for the shift.

Shifts : 6pm-2am Monday to Saturday

Primary Responsibilities :

• Communicate issues to supervisor and area manger
• Input and output product in NAV
• Order and pick up labels from label room, take to supervisor for sign off
• Clear old labels off line
• Print pallet tags, take to supervisor for sign off
• Make DC tags
• Verify incoming PO, country of origin, date, size / count
• Count grade out
• Complete required forms (grade out forms etc.)
• Work with line leads to coordinate changeovers
• Communicate with hi-lo driver
