Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Program Management, the Program Manager will be primarily responsible for the overall success of customer product portfolios from initial quote through multiple product lifecycles. The role requires continuous monitoring of the customer’s business environment for potential new product developments and serving as the primary technical contact and interface with the customer. The Program Manager will work closely with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• More than 5 years of project‑management experience (an asset).
• PMP/CAPM designation or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply‑chain aspects.
• Sheet metal and machining expertise (an asset).
• Experience managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and customer orientation.
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in French and English (customers from the United States).
