About the role

The Office Administrator organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure

organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Administrator is responsible for developing

intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative processes, inventory control, office staff

supervision, and task delegation.

The successful Office Administrator is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple

hats—experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks

and can work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the

organizational challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities

  • Managing office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management and staff.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and equipment.
  • Assisting with special projects and events as needed.

Location & commitments

  • Full-time position
  • 9 am – 5 pm, Monday thru Friday
  • Location : 7163 Yonge St., Markham, on
  • Hours shall be 40 hours per week
  • 30 Minute Lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Five years of experience in office administration.
  • Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Mortgage Course completion is helpful but not necessary.
  • Please note medical benefits are paid by the company up to 50% after 6 months of employment
