Base pay range : CA$22.00 / hr – CA$26.00 / hr.

We are seeking a passionate and hard‑working Dental Receptionist to join our full‑time team. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively, organizing systems, and ensuring our practice runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations including scheduling, check‑in, and patient inquiries.
• Organize and implement processes and structure to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Assist with dental practice management software and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
