Position Information :
Classroom / lab / shop observation is one component of the full-time and contract faculty performance review system at Durham College. It is designed to improve student outcomes by providing formative feedback on faculty performance. Class observers review the content and delivery of a course lesson and, using a college-approved template, provide feedback that both acknowledges strengths and suggests areas for further professional development.

Required Experience
These are part-time, casual positions. Working hours are variable, and may be scheduled between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday – Friday, and between 8 am and 5 pm, Saturday - Sunday.
