Responsibilities

• Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users
• Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w / business needs
• Work with internal / external teams to customize / configure systems
• Create & deliver training to end-users
• Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring
• Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned
