Must Have :

• Experience assessing user needs related to transitioning from on-premises data access to cloud-based (Azure) data platforms
• Experience translating research findings into actionable requirements and recommendations
• Experience working with user experience in PowerBI and MS Fabric environment
• Experience conducting research for analytics or data-sharing platforms
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including integrating user research into iterative delivery cycles
