Our client in the dental space located in Mississauga ON, is in search of a Marketing Manager to join their reputable team and play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of their company.
Compensation range: $100-110k
Position Purpose:
To manage all products within the SBU in accordance with the strategic plan for North
America.
Essential Functions:
Management (with people reporting responsibilities) -
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, diverse, inclusive, engaged and compliant work

- Plan, organize and maintain department control in support of executing corporate and
departmental business objectives that ensures productivity, goal achievement, budget
and forecast adherence and allows for effective and efficient operations - Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees
- Lead and execute performance management activities to include DIALOG and
performance improvement plans that support employee development - Commit and foster adherence to the company's quality management system and
timely execution of tasks assigned within it - Work together with fellow managers in a professional, respective and collaborative
manner
Position -
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the products
- Responsibility for all aspects of introducing a new product into the market, from
product inception to delivery into the market - Manage life cycle of products within the SBU according to the strategic plan
- Work directly with GBU counterparts to execute company initiatives within the
subsidiary - Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to achieve sales rolling forecast
while keeping expenses below budget - Report marketing activities and resulting sales for each product within the SBU as
required - Work effectively with the Marketing Communications Department to complete
campaigns, promotions, digital assets & literature - Coordinate advertising/media plans and public relations for SBU with Marketing
Communications department - Develop, analyze and report on market research data for each SBU
- Work with Senior Marketing Manager Clinical NA to develop pricing strategies for
products within the SBU - Present content relative to products within the SBU to customers and internal
stakeholders - Work with education department to support ICDE courses and internal training
initiatives for products within the SBU - Align with Clinical Sales team on sales strategies through the development of
marketing and education tools - Engage with distributors and external partners to align and implement strategies for
products within the SBU - Assist in departmental and corporate activities, as requested, to complete the
corporate plan
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Management or related field
- Masters degree preferred but not required
- Five years prior product management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to travel, including international travel
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for 8 hours per day, view computer monitor and move about effectively to fulfill the essential functions of the job.
