Key Responsibilities :
Manage the Employee Life Cycle : Oversee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.Ensure Compliance : Stay up-to-date with employment laws and company policies.Trusted Advisor : Provide support to employees and managers, effectively resolving issues.Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain HR records and generate essential reports.Recruitment Support : Assist during peak hiring periods to attract top talent.Boost Employee Engagement : Lead initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction.Process Improvements : Identify and implement strategies for streamlined HR operations.Flexibility in Recruitment : Be ready to support hiring efforts as needed.Qualifications :
4+ Years of Experience : Proven background as an HR Generalist in a high-growth environment.Industry experience : Must have professional services experience.Knowledge of Ontario Legislation : Strong grasp of employment laws.Managing Large Workforces : Experience with large, dynamic teams.Self-Starter : Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.Excellent Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Detail-Oriented : Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment.What We Offer :
