Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring that every aspect—from service to ambiance—reflects the unique blend of class and comfort that defines State & Main.Support and motivate a team of dedicated individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and genuine hospitality.Help implement the wine program, assisting in training your team to confidently recommend and serve our selection.Monitor financials and manage inventory in collaboration with the General Manager to drive profitability and efficiency.Engage with guests, helping build strong relationships and ensuring every visit is memorable.Contribute to new service concepts and initiatives that enhance the guest experience and drive repeat business.Qualifications :
1-2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting, with a demonstrated ability to lead and support a team.Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to contribute effectively to service excellence and guest satisfaction.Proven experience in assisting with financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis.Demonstrated ability to support the implementation of operational standards and procedures while maintaining a positive team environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and team members.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently and professionally.Passion for the restaurant industry and a keen interest in further developing leadership skills, with aspirations to advance to a General Manager role.If you're ready to bring your expertise and passion to a dynamic environment, apply now to join the team at State & Main.
