Job Title- IT TechnicianLocation- Mississauga (Hybrid)Job Type- Full-Time Contract until Jan + ExtensionDescription : One of our top retail clients is looking for a Jr.
Technical support role required for day-to-day support of equipment testing, configurations, and installations within the home office campus (production and development environment)Responsibilities :
- Provide support with selected 1st level ticket issues
- Assist with supporting Microsoft Windows and its Office products.
- Assist with supporting the development environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Assist with resolving ADE L1 / L2 Help Desk upon requests.
- This role assists with the installation of new systems and services as required.
- Assist with meeting room configurations and commissioning, monitor meeting room performance and equipment, and issue helpdesk tickets when required.
Top 3 Must Have :
- Windows Imaging and QA testing (hardware / software)
- Previous experience with Audio / Video hardware, Zoom, and MS Teams
- Experience in a project manager (to speak to 3rd party vendors)
