JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Technician plays a crucial role within the production team. This position involves operating, maintaining, and providing operational support for key manufacturing equipment. Key responsibilities include operation of the production equipment all production and process development requirements as well as diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize production downtime. The technician will work closely with the production and process development teams to implement and document process improvements and contribute to the business needs through continuous improvement initiatives.
