Our Surrey client is hiring for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
This will be a Temporary role to start with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent for the right candidate
Monday to Friday : 8am to 4 : 30pm in office
Pay rate : $25 - 26.44 per hour
Qualifications :
- 2- 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Order Entry position (Construction Industry preference)
- Must be computer proficient - experience with Sales Force an asset
- Excellent communication skills
Duties will include :
Support Sales teamManage incoming mail - sort and sendLight warehouse duties - printing orders - locating and counting productsHandle customer inquiries - cultivate relationships with customersPromote products and servicesData entryInventory managementAssist with picking and filling orders, coordinate deliveries with OperationsObtain freight rates and coordinate outbound LTL shipmentsEnter orders for walk-in / counter sales and process credit card payments.Assist the Sales team with inside sales and making sure data gets imputed into the CRMRoutine paperwork and filing as required.Accurately enter data into the CRM (SalesForce) and Mainframe system.
